I am so grateful to have been able to work with Billie to purchase our home! We worked with her several years ago to sell our home in San Diego county to move out of state. She did such a fantastic job that when it was time for us to move back and buy in San Diego county again we knew we didn’t want to work with anyone but Billie! We were able to purchase the perfect property to fit our specific needs in an extremely competitive market! There is so much that sets Billie apart from other agents. I am still blown away by her knowledge, negotiation skills, organization and communication. We toured tons of homes with Billie and her knowledge of neighborhoods, structural issues, and desirable vs nondesirable traits was invaluable for us while hunting for our first home. Billie Bourgeois is a wonderful real estate agent and we are very grateful that we chose her as our agent for buying our house in San Diego in this super competitive market. We live in San Francisco/Bay Area. We didn't know any agents in San Diego area. We carefully selected a list of real estate agents with very good online reviews and met with them in person during our house hunting trip to San Diego. Billie stood out from the very beginning. She really spent the time to understand what we were looking for and shared her strategy for the current market. When she showed us the properties, she always pointed out the flaws and downsides that we should be aware of, not just the good things about the property. She was never pushy and always answered our questions promptly and patiently. When we were leaning toward some properties that were far away from what we originally wanted, she would share her thoughts with us and pointing out the pros and cons with the locations or the properties, and she would get us re-focused on the locations and type of properties that are much better for us in the long run. When we were bidding for the houses, she was very skillful with the communications and negotiations with the seller agents. In this super competitive market, we were able to get the house we wanted on the 2nd try. In order to win our bid, we had to make our closing period really short (7 days). It was extremely short for all the activities that were required for closing. Billie and her team handled this perfectly and smoothly. Billie arranged all inspections and escrows activities in such short period time and we were able to close the escrow within 7 days without any issues. Her professional skills and dedication really made this happen. We are very grateful for choosing her as our agent. We strongly recommend Billie to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent in San Diego area.

Carolina is the best! As first time home buyers there was a lot of new information and processes to learn, and she guided us through it all with ease. I was expecting it to be a painful experience after watching my parents go through moving 3 states in 3 years but it wasn't at all, she made it really smooth and easy. She always kept us informed and up to date on everything, and with her guidance our offer was chosen even though it wasn't even the highest bid! She was also able to recommend several affordable contractors to help fix some of the items that the inspector found. Buying a home in San Diego is can be tricky - especially for first time home buyers. Carolina took all the guess work out of the process and made sure that we knew where to look to get a great house that was also a smart investment. She went above and beyond to help us understand the process of buying a home and was extremely responsive throughout our search and even afterwards as we transitioned into home ownership. She helped us find contractors to tackle some of the bigger projects we envisioned to put our stamp on our first home, and answered all of our rookie homeowner questions. Thanks to her dedication to our search we were able to see our house the day it was listed and had our offer accepted only 2 days later. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking in San Diego, and if we ever move again she'll be the first call we make.
Working with Carolina was such a great experience, her approach as a realtor is refreshing. I spoke with multiple realtors when I first began and she is the only one who didn’t come off as a greasy salesperson, she was the only one who wanted to get to know me first. Carolina is also the most patient realtor, my search and purchase took almost a year thanks to the craziness that is 2020, but she continued to fight for me in a very competitive market. Her attention to detail continued even after my purchase, she didn’t take a break until I was moved in.

Oh man where do I even begin! Caro is just such a wonderful person to begin with, and combined with her expertise, the home buying process was fun and stress free. Okay, maybe not completely stress free, but she was proactive and professional when anything changed that was out of our control. As a first home buyer, I was both nervous and excited, and Caro was instrumental in keeping me grounded in reality on both fronts. She genuinely cares about her clients, listening to their initial goals and dreams, and reminds you when you're looking at your 7th property and changing you mind about things. This was really helpful to be able to keep the things that were important to me, as this process can be distracting and overwhelming. She was also a master communicator, often over-communicating (which I appreciate because I forget stuff) to make sure no deadlines were missed, and that I was making progress in checking off items from the list of to-dos. Fast forward 6 months and I'm in my first home, loving every minute of it, and I have Caro to thank for that. If you want a Realtor that really cares and goes the extra mile, Carolina is that person.
